Ezypay Limited rebranded to The Paymasters Limited
Our New Identity
Effective April 1st, 2025, Ezypay Limited has officially rebranded to The Paymasters Limited, trading as Paymasters. While our name has changed, our commitment to providing exceptional payment solutions and outstanding customer service remains exactly the same.
Why the Change?
In July 2023, we acquired The Paymasters Limited, and initially continued operating under the Ezypay Limited name. However, an Australian direct debit company, Ezypay New Zealand Limited, had established operations in New Zealand and was also trading under the “Ezypay” name. This unfortunate naming similarity created significant confusion in the marketplace. Customers of the Australian company were mistakenly contacting us regarding their payment transactions, leading to frustration for all parties involved. To eliminate this confusion and better serve our customers, we made the decision to rebrand to Paymasters.
What This Means for You
Nothing changes in terms of service delivery:
- All existing contracts and agreements remain valid and unchanged
- Your payment schedules and arrangements continue as normal
- Our team, systems, and processes remain the same
- Customer support contacts and procedures are unchanged
What’s new:
- Our company name is now The Paymasters Limited (trading as Paymasters)
- Updated branding and marketing materials
- Clearer market positioning to avoid any confusion
