When you refer a client using MYOB Exo, IMS or any other payroll system, Paymasters takes full responsibility for their Data Migration, Payroll Processing, Statutory Filings and ongoing compliance. We handle the administration and risk so your company can focus on core services.

We engage directly with the client, at the same time we keep you informed and can provide you with the detailed financial reporting that you need for the client, each pay, each month and year end.

We do not offer a white labelled service. The client signs a contract with us directly. This maintains clear accountability and compliance lines. It ensures your company is relieved of this responsibility while preserving your role as advisor.

Here is a typical schedule:

Step 1 – You refer a client. We assess their IMS/Exo Setup and deliver a migration plan.

Step 2 – We migrate data using our standard migration tools.

Step 3 – Clients are transferred to our Platinum Payroll Platform and they are setup and trained to use our Ezytime Employee Portal

In general the full transition takes around 2 weeks depending on employee count and legacy payroll complexity. If you have several clients then we plan a phased rollout and provide a timeline for your team.

Our software platform is specifically engineered for the unique complexities of NZ payroll and is continually updated in accordance with all relevant required changes in Leave and Tax legislation. It is underpinned by standardized processes which give you audit-ready records, strong data protection and clearly defined responsibilities.

Our payroll platform uses direct gateway connections to IRD servers for the filing of all client data, and access to the major Banks for payments (optional).

Once the client data has been migrated we can utilize standard audit/remediation tools, which based on the history of what has been processed will deliver on a transaction level:

– What was paid

– What should have been paid

– The difference

This can automatically generate a remediation payment for employees on approval if required.
